Stage 15 was the first big mountain test. Lance Armstrong was strong. But his teammate, Spain's Alberto Contador was better. And, as we all learned from Lance year-after-year, the best rider in the mountains usually wins. Lance basically acknowledges that he won't be able to chase down Contador.
